Returns & Replacements

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible items.
  
• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and MRP stickers intact.
  
• Items under Final Sale / Clearance / Custom Printed / Sample categories are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
• In case of defective, damaged, or wrong item delivery, please initiate a return request via VELORA E-MAIL SUPPORT immediately.

Refunds

• Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be initiated once the returned product passes the quality check.
